Called. Spoke to Kyle Griss (sp?), who said he learned from DGIV that the S-10 form would definitely be out "one day" next week.

Thanks for the number. We've waited this long...one more week should be a cinch... (gulp)

P.S. For lurkers: just joking: long and strong: don't like to see DGIV's "price" jerked around, and right now down, but I don't confuse that price (in OTC/BB land) with the value and especially with the potential value of the company. Already initiated my laughing which I'll contine from now until my inevitable trip to the bank.
