GJC You are right, when all this came together, we used this method, Cleve Charges $150 an hour so everyone interested paid for 1 1/3 hour of Cleves time. About the same amount it would take just to explain it to a lawyer and his consulting fee if other share holders were considering taking legal action by themselves. You are right this is new to me too, I am not experienced in group litegation <g> Call it OTJ training that I hope I or anyone else ever has to use again. The less I have to do with lawyers the happier I am <LOL> How about this everyone that is considering sending money just send 20% of your intial investment? I dont know you guys can figure something out... I will foot the bill for the second lawyer, if we can get past Cleve. You spoke of Class Action, if we put an independant receiver in charge, he has the ability to go Class Action on the Behalf of CVIA as a whole, and we the shareholders are finished with legal fees, and can then hopefully look at being reimbursed for salvaging this company. Pretty Slick huh? Well that was Cleves idea not mine :^) KAA
