JP, let me add that I am not displeased with this deal. I do believe Tom is trying to do what's best for everyone. I am just copmpletly frustrated at how we can't take to the bank that we own anything from one day or month or year to the next. How can I tell anyone to buy this stock when that always seems to be the case? For at least a few years now it's been that way. Carolo
