Class action suit against who? CVIA who has no money!? Why waste our time. I thought this was all about restoring shareholder value not lining some lawyers pocket. A class action suit needs to be against someone with money, doesn't it? Why would someone want to contribute $200 which would return nothing, unless you want revenge. If it is revenge you might as well go after criminal charges. Am I missing something???
