Bill,

back up your statements with proof (and not your opinion)

1. misrepresented clinical data? I don't think so. if you want to dredge up the argument that they called their product a blood substitute in the early days.. that's already been debated. But in terms of clinical data.. they have just presented the data. are you saying that they manipulated the data?

2. how have they fraudulently promoted their stock? When and how?
the company is very cautious about this. they never even responded to asensio because they did not want the FDA to think that they were hyping their stock.

3. Do you have proof of this? Do you have concrete evidence that these large margin accounts exist? wow-- you've got some really questionable inside sources then.

4. Overestimating the market. Well, this is still open to debate and neither of us will know the real answer until the market either accepts the product and uses it, or not. right?

Bill, as I said,, give me facts and not your opinion. Opinions are pretty cheap these days.
