John. This is a highly speculative stock. Not one to hold do to financials etc. In that case don't buy it.

Here is why you would want to buy it:

1) Bill in Mexican Congress that would let foreign entities buy into Mexico's largest three banks (Banamex, Bancomer, Serfin)

2) HSBC own 20% already of Serfin.

In my humble opinion target a purchase at $1.- per share if you decide to GAMBLE with Serfin.
