Mike,

1. Korea Electric Power (KEP) is down a ton. True, industrial
activity sucks, but they haven't turned out the lights, yet. The
ADRs are mostly hurt because of the strong dollar.


Evening neon signs are under curfew to save elect., if you know how
many neon signs there are all over in Korea every night. However
some exports are increasing, especially to EU.
