well of course that was the problem with Lake Okeechobee in Florida. The really had problems with algae blooms and spent a lot of money correcting this. That of course is why they worry about it. If there is a solution it may be mandated.

If they could stop the crap from fermenting right in the cow they could stop global warming. That would be a winner.
