Eric- Jerry was a director in the engineering/technology group. He was not with lattice very long and left several months ago, late summer I believe. These announcements are not related to Jerry's departure. They are true promotions and show a reorganization of corporate management allowing the CEO to focus more on strategic planning and development of Lattice into an industry leader. These are not replacements as there was not a CFO or COO previously. Rob
