A question for you to perhaps ask one of the on-board type sub technicians....will the use of ozone generation machines on a submarine be detrimental in any way to any of the water or gasketing systems? And the reason I ask is that I have heard second hand that these systems tend to eat up rubber & other gasket materials...potentially a big draw back to the technology, but one that the govt has probably addressed, especially for FW systems on their Navy vessels.
If they won't tell you for security reasons, so be it...but it is a question that I'd like to see someone answer.
And good luck in your next step to becoming a true "Captain Nemo".
Regards, Dennis, AKA Cap'n Grizz
