*AV*--All of the brokerage houses are coming out with extreme negatvity in this sector. It looks like they are pulling out all stops in their gloom and doom for the sector and are trying to beat it down further.

Over the course of the next few days to two weeks, I will be putting all that money and some margin to good use. I think the "brokerage group" is going in for the final kill to chase out the last of the weaker hands. Therefore, it is about time to start the accumulation of your favorite stocks. My advice is to establish a buy price objective for specific stocks and move it down as the stock retreats further. But when the price is reached on a positive reversal, execute the buy.

My stake in the ground is the big guys are now getting ready to re-enter with some significantly averaged down shares and will be content to wait 12-18 for the big payoff.
