What exactly is Qwests long-distance deal. I have log distance service with Unidial. Is Qwest's deal better than the one I have?

Unidial Details:
1) 8.9 cents/min for all call out of my state.
2) 8.5 cents/min for all calls within state (Michigan).
3) No monthly fee.
4) All calls Rounded to 6 seconds.
5) Free 800 #.

I don't mean to sound like I am pushing this service... I have no connection to them. I am also a Qwest stock holder.
