I don't even know if it's weekend news, it might just be the price. Some people have made money else where and want to put it where they know they can keep it with the hopes of a good return on investment. Also remember Clinton announced the Banning of Off Shore Drilling today, so perhaps this was an answer people were looking for. s Personally, after speaking with Mark a couple weeks ago, I don't think we are looking at an announcement date for at least 2 months, I may be wrong but that's the feeling he gave me. I asked him 6 months and he said "OH NO" it shouldn't be that long. S
