If you join this lawsuit, the only one who could possibly make any real money will be the lawyers.The only chance we shareholders have at making money is for the company to execute its plan. The key part of that plan is the new agreement with BANX. Here is a positvie spin on the LAWSUIT. This may force BANX to get off its butt and finalize the new agreement. This would cause a dramatic rise in the share price of CAWS. If the stock price is heading up, and goals are being accomplished (roll outs, internet service, etc) it will be hard for the lawsuit to succeed and it will probably just go away.
