Jim, Are you really wanting to join the suit because you think you'll
get more of your money back that way? If so I think you'll be vastly
disappointed. The lawyers will manage to get most of the money and the plaintifs will get almost nothing. (If you have any idea that you will get any money to speak of, I can only tell you that you haven't been paying attention to similar kinds of suits. )In addition you'll have jepordised your chances of making any profit (or even less loss) on your stocks. Additionally you'll have screwed everyone else who owns shares.

Or are you wanting to join the suit because you are angry and want to
get even. If so, who with? The answer to that depends on why you bought.
Was it because you researched the company and realized that you were
dealing with a new and risky technology in an atmosphere of many new technologies (ISDN, ADSL, etc.) AND at a HUGE premimum (which is fairly normal for telecom), but decided it was worth the risk based on reports from the company? If so, share with me what any company
official said that was misleading and I'll say 'OK you have a right
to feel burned and maybe suing will make you feel better even if it won't help to get your money back.'
OR, did you find out about it on the web and buy because people were
writing great hype, without having any idea what as going on? Lots of
people do it now and then want to blame their own ignorance and laziness on whatever is handy. If this is the case you won't feel
any better after suing because you'll know it''s your own fault and you will also have helped to make your investment worthless.
Only you can know your honest answer to this.
