Regarding the bylaw vote section 1.7
I would like to thank all shareholder for their participation. As of November 21, Dr. Werner Greider and Lewis Eslinger are no longer directors of the Company. Dan Pahro and Garvin McMinn were appointed to the Board of Directors and Garvin McMinn was appointed President.
The Board of Directors is now composed of the following people:
Don Farrell, Dan Pharo, Garvin McMinn and Al Trotter.
