Oh....and BTW, forgot to tell you....the reason I got so impressed with what was done with the corporations, is because I have helped to set up many a corporation myself. It's easy to do....and as long as one pays the yearly fees, you're in good standing....even if you are just a shell. But when the time is needed, the corporation is there....ready and waiting! That was SO COOL!!!!! Juanita
