mesaone, the funny thing about stock fraud is that by the time it is "proved" it is to late to enter a short position or exit a long position. Proof of Crystallex's duplicity came after the bell last night, and KRY is trading at 20% of what it was earlier this week. It is ridiculous to demand "proof", because if solid proof could be presented, the market price would adjust in the wink of an eye.

It might be better to remember that these are opinion threads, and that what is posted here are opinions. You are entitled to yours, although it certainly seems that the majority of people believe there is too much risk involved with BTIM at this time.
