Bill and Winter: Thanks for your thoughtful comments. I would like to hear from the people who find Bezos & co. morally bankrupt. I would like to know what evidence they have that the founders are not just hardworking guys trying to win in a really tough game. They may be more surprised than anyone at the stock valuation; I would hardly think that as busy as they are trying to win this battle, they would have time to worry about the day-to-day stock manipulations.
