As best I recall, the employee alleged that there were accounting iregularities around the time of the IPO. I believe he claims that he was terminated because he complained about it. You can access the article online at barrons.com. You have to sign up, but it is free. FYI, I am an interested observer of this stock, but I am neither long nor short. I have been trying to figure it out for a while now. I suspected that it was over-hyped and over-priced. I see that the news about the lawsuit has now brought it down to 42 1/2, so I I'm glad that I did not buy in earlier. Currently, I think that WIND is a better play on embedded systems.
