No. Please correct me on the following:
1 ICI and Aquasol have an arrangement.
2 Aquasol is currently making some sales through this arrangement.
3 NIR is trying to buy Aquasol for about $10m in stock. Assuming P/E of 20, NIR shareholders should be seeing currently about $500,000 earnings in Aquasol. Sound reasonable?
