We are a start-up, so it's quite unreasonable for you to expect us 1) to make any money; and 2) to tell you how much we're losing. Get real.

Yes. Of course we plan to file for a Nasdaq listing. Doesn't everyone? Any bharm in that, or is this just a mindless criticism? There are a lot of forms to fill out, and they're complicated and full of big words. Rome wasn't built in a day.
