my "PSYCLE sm" agrees....I have exploited CEPH twice before down here, and, provided CEPH holds in this area, technically (and with such neg. sentiment, normally found near bottoms, dig ?), should be a decent buy area, with a close stop again for us...generally, my holding periods using my concept, tend to be 2-3-4- months, I am not a quickie trader.
best wishes to all, but have done very well with my approach, without even looking at the fundamentals much....we shall see....
