is required by law to buy, if they are the MM. They must provide liquidity in the stock. Remember
the announcement on Russia COULD be the opposite of what evryone expects...that it is NOT a
good idea to buy the wells (maybe they were pumped dry during WWII!?) or will cost too much to
upgrade. Who knows. But the stock is sliding. Trout. Caution.
