Techvest went to a strong sell on ORTC today. I can't recall ever hearing of another "strong sell" recommendation. I mean it's hard to find institutions going to a plain old "sell" let along a strong sell.

I guess not enough people bailed out when they issued their sell call.

Anyone know anything about this techvest outfit. I'm thinking that their short the stock, or looking to buy in cheap.
