Judges really want to read an "exact" paper trail with third person's signature proving the instruments. Wonder if his lawyer lost them also? Wonder if the city clerk lost them? Wonder if there are tax stamps on them? Once again... his lawyer must be dirty or really dumb.. in which case he should park cars for a living and lose his license for that he will not steal, lie, cheat, etc.. from the public. Jack should be issued a loving male gorilla for a cell-mate. Best wishes:)
