Institutional investors were scared today. Real scared. The rally at the end of the day left the major indices up at the close, but I laugh at that because just about every stock I follow was down significantly. If that's an up day, I hope we have a lot of down days in our future! 2 stocks were down today for each one up, yet the indices finished positive. Is this THE bear starting to roar?
