I don't think you're quite understanding it yet. Not to say that I understand it either, but so far, it all makes perfect sense to me.

Of course ICVI had to be used as a shell for Mountain Energy. ICVI was listed. Mountain Energy was not.

Or....probably a more accurate description is that the shell that was Mountain Energy wanted to become public....so they used ICVI in order to do that. In other words, there had to have been a reverse merger in order for it to work. And that's exactly what they did...a reverse merger.

I'm no lawyer, but from where I sit, and from what I understand about corporations, it was totally legit.

Brilliant too! (At least in my opinion, it was).
