aweb does not have to release a financial statement since they are bb stock --- this is what someone told me on May 29th.

So, in answer to your Q, perhaps "non-reporting" means BB stock. Altho, I've seen other BB stocks that do report, even though they aren't required. But, those companies have been around longer.
Since AWEB is so new, no reports is not unusual. Once they get the gears lubed, this is something they'll do on a regular basis.
