Aren't they smart! Downgrade AFTER the pre-warn! Even I could do that. Actually I did better .. advised several folks to buy yesterday and this morning ... that's an "upgrade", right ... and the ones that bought are up nicely already. The jury is out on whether the present slowdown is an inventory correction or something more serious so who the Hell knows what will be earned in the future. I do know that PGTZ is a class act, their balance sheet is powerful. They are growing the top line nicely and will do better than most of the rest. (PCBs anyway). If they earn .05 in this awful quarter right after all the acqusitions then they should do better when the biz picks up. That is all I can tell you for sure.
