Nick, It does not do much good to put a product through the FDA approval cycle, only to have to resubmit the product when further enhancements are made. I believe that once the Bilichek is improved to the point of satisfaction of both SPRX and Respironix, then the clinical studies and submittal will be performed. They may already be at or beyond this point. What you are witnessing is a company with a conservative business plan going forward and executing on that plan. Respironix has responded with real cash to SPRX for milestones met on a real product. What major medical manufacturer has responded to CCSI with real cash for the Colormate publicly thus far? I believe the long's (and Darby herself, if you believe those posting here) have committed to making 'THE DEAL' public by today! Still waiting!!!!! Rockin' Robin
