First of All A resolution of a chart has nothing to Do with the Time Value of A chart !!! The two are two Different things or two different topics. Further reference is required by being off line and consulting any dictionary available to you. If you Want to be Creative and not relevant to the Common Knowledge of the terms that you claim you know and use, that is your problem and communication loss.
It's not the people Problem !!! it is you problem, cause it seems that
you just trow "words" without making sense. Maybe is because you Don't have an understanding of terms used and further remedy is required by consulting any Encyclopaedia available @ any of the public library close by.
And last, you are in denial and should seek help.

What matter is how relevant is your point of view on any respective Subjects
discussed here or any other Thread...
With that In mind, it might be a good idea to just read and read till you don't get hints like, go hide somewhere, or You are In the Wrong Thread,
