I recall something about the K6-3 having a 256k cache that when implimented allows the the L2 cache on the Mobo to become an L3 cache and that this pretty much obsoletes any advantage of Slot 1 if there ever was any. So why bother with Slot one? Someone please clean this arguement up for me. Jim
