Ask Monica et al.<g> As to continued moratoriums on offshore drilling, haven't you heard that drilling is no longer required or necessary? We have bursting oil stocks and Asia has sworn off ever using fuel again. It's time to buy stock in Schwinn or any other companies that make bicycles, skateboards, roller blades and/or scooters, doncha know?
