Trader Greg, <I received an E-MAIL today from someone advising me to file a complaint to the SEC for their failure to file a timely 10 K.> I got the same 3 E-MAILS. If this jerk needs a 10 K to find out that the company is broke, the courts should appoint someone to invest his money for him. He is apparently not capable of doing it, himself. All we need is for the company to spend the next six months, being jerked around by the SEC, instead of being out trying to dig up financing. Man, I hate it,when people try to beat me to death with the obvious, I am very capable of screwing up alone, without any help! Jim Ray
