hal-- the take rate will be higher for ADSL. there a number of problems with running coax to a computer in the home, whereas most people put their computers near a phone jack. just IMHO, i think at least 100 million over the next two years. is 275 the number per line we have to beat? is ALA going any lower? good luck to all, trey
