Joe,
I have alot of respect for your opinions in general and your specific market views. I enjoy reading your thoughts.
  RANDOM THOUGHTS:
I do think that OC is a short or shrill for one. Jon Tara is not a short--shorts don't speak as he does. I know you know this. You are by far more market savy than I. I believe that the continuing price decline is a new positioning by big money. Now, with that said it could be: 1) The big money that was in ZULU is moving to ESVS where the action will really take place (new big wigs are hired by ESVS not ZULU) 2) The big money that was in ZULU is selling because it is dead 3) The price decline is a contrived effort (head fake)for the final weak hand shake out prior to a major move up--Jon Tara leads the way --Very possible--
  MORE RANDOM THOUGHTS
  1) It would really behoove us all to know who is selling ZULU, and who is buying ESVS--is that going to happen--nah 2) ZULU could simply go away, the merger may not happen. After all, it is ESVS with the listing and the new hires 3) Yes, it is said that the new company is positioning itself to Internet advertising, etc. etc. and that ZULU has the technology and the customer base (a strong argument can be made here) but... 4)The ESVS 8K states that the "new entity" or whatever they called it will be 80% owned by ZULU and 20% owned by ESVS--BUT that is only if there is indeed a "new entity" 5) What if ESVS simply buys the technology and/or customer base from ZULU or DLCK or ??? 6) Who is the China connection; either the next diversionary tactit or another PH company or a Chinese company truly interested in this venture or perhaps some or all of that 50 million PP. Are we going to find out that information---not until and if they want us to! 7) Are these new hires real? Lair was for 1 month and the Aussie for around 2 months-that never made sense anyway--I think these were just diversionary--name dropping--positioning in the early stages of putting together the deal--perhaps not even very good leadership, but not a scam 8) So are these new hires real. I think so because there have been so many in such a short time. Maybe a 65 year old Australian car mogul could have used a hundred grand to lend his name to a cause, and maybe a NEC ex-exec named Lair with a couple of months between jobs and an inside shot at putting together a computer package with his future employer could have used a couple of hundred grand, but not the number a quality of the new hires.
SORRY, didn't mean to go on like this, although I could on many of these topics and more for hours. I will give it up for now.
