Ok from what I have been able to find out ... NASD/NASDAQ will have to consider what is best for the financial community. They will probably take the May 29, 1998 but to my knowledge there has not been a retro xdate but a published one. So no one still knows what will happen until the CUSIP arrives and the paperwork for the split hits NASD/NASDAQ at that time a decision will be made. Me I am hoping for a later xdate so my accumulative holdings gets it. I know I am greedy :-) I want more voting power ... Especially since they are cancelling DF's Preferred Series B and taking out 14M of voting power ... do be do be doooo GB
