Joe I am not going to argue with you but I do not think you are right.

Now if they had done everything by the book (which apparently it is not) NASD/NASDAQ is going to have the deciding whatever and the company knows they can ask but the rules is two days notice and the company understand this.

So they are going to do whatever NASD/NASDAQ suggests or says.

NASDAQ cannot give an exact answer till the have all the information. Since it was not done timely then we could have a pleasant surprise. Most savvy investors say it is the xdate. If they follow the NASD two day rule I will be one happy camper. If they do the 29th that is ok to. Also the reset is already done if you look at the common price.

There are those just as adamant about the 2 day rule as you are on your stand but no one really knows what is going to be the xdate.

I am in favor of the 2 day rule myself. hehehehe We are guessing so I vote the 2 day rule. Anyone that happen to be right is merely the toss of the coin. I am taking Heads.
