I received the following email late this afternoon from the state of Nevada concerning their website information.

Mr. Winston Overstreet - Vice President of Operations for MTEI - confirmed the only link between ICVI and MTEI is the acquisition of the BB shell. Mr. Uselton was not available today as he had family in town. If Mr. Uselton is available Monday morning, I will speak to him then.

If you have questions, the company is available and their office is open for your visit. The phone number is in the thread header.

After spending hours on the phone today discussing Mountain Energy with Mr. Overstreet and several experienced people in the mineral, oil and gas industries, I feel comfortable with the direction of the company and will maintain my current holdings in MTEI.

Have a great weekend.
Tod

We do not, as yet, list amendment information on our Web site. From that information which I have brought up here in this office, I see that Mountain Energy, Inc. has changed names several times:

from International Casino Cruises, Inc. in 1998
from Riviera International Casinos, Inc. in 1997
from Luma.net corp. in 1997
from Summary Corp. in 1996
from Baker stage resources, inc. in 1995
and from Solid Gold, Inc. in 1987.

I hope that this has been of some help to you. Thank you for using our Web site.
