Victor, interesting story, and in many ways I'm glad to see it. In Novell's case though, IMO, they are guilty with a capital G, and I don't think it will be hard to prove. I don't think they'll escape unscathed. On the other hand, may be only a short term problem if at all, and with any luck, the BOD will be shamed or voted out as a result...then this baby may really pop...free at last. sf
