Of course not. Today you had a chance at the lowest price you may ever see - if MRVC or Stapleton, has the sense to state the real reason for the debt offering and cancellation in a press release.

An offering because business is so hot they have to expand capacity immediately, is vastly different than "need it to fund operations", which we all know is ridiculous, but the general market place does not, and apparently, that was the rumor circulating today..
