Hi MP,

Let me take a stab at the reference to the 21 million shares in the annual report....Look at SI post 632, from last year when the 1997 Annual Report came out. In that one they had 16 million shares. Obviously those have not been placed in private placement. This is MIQ and any junior's way of protecting it's backside under any circumstances. Suppose the stock goes ballistic (I know wishful thinking), but anyway they would have the authority to issue more shares and raise more cash. On the other hand suppose they hit water, they have the authority to issue more shares to fund their other projects. I wouldn't worry about this many shares being placed in a pp or a number of pp's, IMHO. Particularly at this stage of the game, I can only see PP's raised to fund other acquisitions, or heaven forbid some promotion.

Hey Joseph, you posted the same resolution on SI post 632 last year as well....keeping on top of things I see??

Good Night All...
Brandon
