Sounds mighty confusing.....for months on end the important thing was that everyone had to take physical delivery of their certs, now they must surrender them to DLJ, who I guess has been immunized and would never think of manipuatiing the market. I'm not sure I understand how having all the shares depostied with one brokerage would eliminate manipulation... seems the perfect set up for manipulation to me... I guess I'm missing something.
