Ron,

I respectfully disagree with your statement that Eco "is
relatively sheltered from declining oil prices".

Although Eco is not exclusively in the energy services
business, it nevertheless has a small role; consequently,
falling oil and gas prices IMHO do have an affect on its
share price and there's no escaping that fact.

The price of oil worldwide is probably at its lowest point
since 1984-85 and I agree with you that it's only a matter of
time when there will be a complete turnaround in energy prices.
After saying that, I do expect Eco's share price to accelerate
prior to the increase of wholesale energy prices.
