CCIR, SIGA's merger partner, reported quarterly earnings today of $.19/share. This is up from the previous qtr. Things are turning up in the whole sector. CCIR states that the merger is on track. SIGA remains undervalued, and is bringing a lot to CCIR - for example, its customer list of 500 clients.
