I find it hard to believe that the PCB business isn't going to pick up again in the fall as inventories drop off, and that the US companies cranking out the high-end, multiple-layer complex boards aren't going to get this business...that seems to be what Needham is suggesting....that this slowdown will last another 12 months, or else they're saying that PGTZ's cost structure is such that they can't turn a profit??? If business gets that bad, I believe management will cut costs, they have before.
