Hi Jake, It looks to me that the federal suit has been dropped but the California suit is still pending. Here's an interesting article I found posted on the Novell thread (also being sued by Milberg & Weise) that talks about possible changes in laws that would only allow shareholder suits in federal courts. It looks like the market is reacting to Asia again. This is my favorite link for keeping track of the leading indexes in the Asian markets. asia1.com.sg Keep in mind the valuations are in Asian currencies. For example the 14000 yen Nikkei 225 @ 140 yen to the dollar is worth less than Yahoo! and is just about as volatile. You can get about 8 Hong Kong dollars for a US buck so the Heng Seng is worth about $1000 US. The Indonesian index wouldn't cover bus fare.
