As you can probably tell from my name, neither English or French is my first language. Normally I would thank you for pointing out the typo, but your tone suggests that you too are nitpicking. I've been playing this game for 16 years and realize that market depth is not a long term indicator and does not indicate restricted orders, etc. However. Coupled with all the other bearish indicators pointed out by J.D.R., Baines, et al and the chronic lack of liquidity (20k shares is a 'high' volume day for this stock), I get a lot of useful information about which way this thing is heading when just one fifth of the visible offers hitting the bids can drive this thing to new lows (witness May 15/98). And who says you need to sit on a short till $0?

It's amusing that Marmaduke Coddlington (the third?) with his high-rolling wagers, volumes on military strategy and (alledged) monster long position seems to lack access to basic trading tools like real time quotes and market depth.
