Perhaps I was over zealous to refer to my post with 23 questions for inclusion in Addi's Master List. I won't make Addi "pick and choose." I'll simply use the following instead for "Mister" Lanza to answer:

1. When you made your Plea Bargain for Tax Evasion, how many Counts were "dismissed" and what were they? A "copy" of the Information or Indictment will suffice to answer this question.

2. When and for what reason(s) did you lose your Stock Brokers License?

3. Why have you been interviewed or questioned by the SEC regarding Airstar/Xecom?

4. Have you ever been the subject of an investigation by the NASD or any other agency, private or public? If so, please list them.

Addi, you can use these instead of my post. They'll do for a start.
